Cooking Recipes Ingredients
4 green coconuts
2 tablespoons sugar
1 tablespoon cassava starch
8 lemon leaves to taste

Grate green coconuts finely. Boil grated coconuts, coconut
juice and sugar together for 5 minutes. Add lemon leaves.
Mix cassava starch with a little water and add to the green
coconuts. Let it cook for 3 minutes. Serve in a glass or coconut
shells.
This drink can also be mixed and served without boiling. If
freshly mixed, leave out cassava starch.
