Ingredients
4 cups grated cup coconut cream
1 tablespoon sugar
1 cup tapioka starch
1 cup water
Directions
Pour water into grated paw-paw, add sugar and stir thoroughly.
Put into a saucepan and boil gently for 10 minutes. Sprinkle
taoioka starch a little at a time, stirring constantly to
avoid lumps. When it's cooked, add coconut cream. Serve cold.
