Using Soy in your cooking recipes
Soy comes from soybeans and is a low fat quality plant-protein source.

Soy is recognized for its nutritional qualities and is known to reduce

You can add soy gradually to your cooking recipes. Chunks of firm tofu
can be added to soup recipes, meat loafs and lasagnas. You can also use
soybean oil in your cooking recipes as a low fat alternative to regular
oil.
A good substitute for cows milk in your cooking recipes is soy milk powder.
You can also add a creaminess to your soup cooking recipes by using soy
milk powder. Soy flower is another useful soy product that can be used
to thicken gravies and sauces, it can even be used as a frying batter.
