Steaming vegetables
- When

is important that these vegetables are steamed correctly. First
you will require a large pot with a lid to cover it. The vegetables

can lower the temperature and continue roasting until it is done.
Birds should be cooked breast down at the beginning and finished
off on the other side to ensure that the juices flow into the breast
meat.
