Andorra
Long isolated and impoverished, mountainous Andorra has achieved considerable prosperity since World War II through its tourist industry. Many immigrants (legal and illegal) are attracted to the thriving economy with its lack of income taxes.

Andorra is about 2.5 times the size of Washington, DC. It has snowy, cold winters and warm, dry summers.

Onion Salad with honey - Salad
Serves 4 people

Ingredients:
· 3 red onions finely chopped
· black olives
· 1 tablespoon of honey
· pepper
· salt
· olive oil
· vinegar

Directions
Mix together into a small bowl or jug honey, olive oil, salt, pepper to make the salad dressing.
Pour over the onions and toss well. Let it marinate for 1 hour and add olives.
